Ingredients
- 1 cup Sooji
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup milk
- Dry fruits(Chopped)
Procedure
- Add Ghee to a warm pan.
- Add 1 cup Sooji and saute till it is cooked or turn light brown in color. Make sure you keep stirring it constantly as Sooji can burn in fraction of seconds.
- Add warm milk and sugar and mix it till there are no lumps in mixture and it has come to a semi solid or desired consistency.
- Add dry fruits and serve hot!
