Sooji Ka Halwa/Sheera

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup milk
  • Dry fruits(Chopped)

Procedure

  • Add Ghee to a warm pan.
  • Add 1 cup Sooji and saute till it is cooked or turn light brown in color. Make sure you keep stirring it constantly as Sooji can burn in fraction of seconds.
  • Add warm milk and sugar and mix it till there are no lumps in mixture and it has come to a semi solid or desired consistency.
  • Add dry fruits and serve hot!
